The "babies are boring" thing is actually something my mom always used to say! She said she always preferred toddlers, because at least then they had personalities and could run around and talk back and stuff. As I've aged, I've got to admit I agree with her. Not that I won't coo and awww over a baby, but after about five minutes...yeah. Not much to do. Except take care of them *wrinkles nose*
