F-List: HALP!

amulyOkay, so guys, I need your help! Just something little :P
So I'm trying to figure out how many Jacks were running around in WWII.
So far I can think of:
1. Original Jack, WWII w/ Doctor
2. Immortal Jack, living through it with Torchwood
3. Jack in 1941 for one night w/ Tosh
4. Jack frozen in the Torchwood morgue b/c of the whole Grey thing
Can you guys think of any more? Any more that are officially cannon, I mean. And I count books/audio dramas cannon, too. I haven't read all the books yet (waiting on my last order of them...) so I was thinking there might be some time in book cannon I don't know about, or even something he mentions in DW or TW that's just slipping my mind.
And in case you're curious, I'm trying to sort this for my fix-it fic: yeah, there's gonna be another Captain Jack wandering around WWII.
